Today's piece is brought you by coffee. I am slightly addicted to that fabulous beaned beverage! I created "Shine", as a gift for my awesome Mom. She helps me keep all important balance in my life. Without her I am sure I would be a basket case. I am so grateful.
"Shine" is a mixed media collage painting on canvas. I used orange and yellow because they are her favorite colors. I added a flower and rhinestone brad to her hair for added texture. Her wings are lightly glittered and doddled with a gel pen. Have a great day!

These are great and I'm impressed with how much soul goes into each one. Its not just art, its you. How did you come up with idea to do these? And what is the size you are working with? I saw one post said 8x10, but are there different sizes. And what are you doing them on? Canvas? They're great!!
