All Good Things~

It's gonna be a hot one here today! I have a to-do list a mile long and a dentist appointment this afternoon. If I don't make it to the grocery store my kids might have to fight each other for odds and ends from the pantry, and that just wouldn't be pretty. LOL. To cool things down I have another Ocean card to share with you from the current Art With No Boundaries challenge from CS Designs

This is Loreley Fish and Stars Ocean Montage. She is seriously so fun to color. She practically screams for Copics! I had so much fun coloring her. Although I have to admit I was a tiny bit intimidated at first. So in true Steph style I jumped in with both feet. :) I really love the results. Next time I will use the 120lb cardstock for her. She requires quiet a bit of blending and I was having some bleeding issues with my colors. I think she would make gorgeous home decor! Chris of CS Designs is brilliant and talented. This is my last project as a Guest Designer. It has been so much fun getting to know the CS Design team. They really are the best! I hope you will pop on by the Art with no Boundaries challenge blog and play with us! At the very least treat yourself to some gorgeous DT samples! Thanks for stopping by!

Art With No Boundaries~

I am so excited to announce to you that I am a Guest Designer for August for CS Designs. The best part (besides the yummy digi's of course. Tee Hee.) is that they just unveiled a BRAND NEW challenge blog. Art With No Boundaries. I just love the way it sounds. So limitless!

Since I am Guest Designer this month I got to play with some brand new designs! Let me tell you they are pretty fabulous! :) The first challenge theme is Ocean, Aquatic, Nautical.

What we have here is a lot of zig zag stitching, Basic Grey DP, and copic markers. Seriously, this digi has so much possiblity! I do hope you will stop by the new challenge blog and see the other DT samples, and maybe even play along! Thanks for stopping by!

Good Morning~

Good morning crafty bloggers! I have a really fun little project to share with you this morning but first I want to share the reason that I am having such a good morning! As I sat down with my cup of coffee this morning and checked out all of the latest challenges I realized that my card was chosen as the winner for last weeks Pixie Dust Studio Challenge! This was very exciting news to me and definitely made my morning! It was especially lovely because, I had such a hard time with that particular card. LOL. Anywho, back to today's project.

What we have here is a fun little bookmark featuring one of the new CS Designs House and Home Sentiments. This sentiment was so fabulous to work with. The hearts are colored in with Copic markers, I saturated around the outside of each heart with my colorless blender and got this cool bleeding effect. I liked it! I wanted to create something that wasn't a card. The fabulous little house is constructed out of Basic Grey scraps. There is lot of chocolate chip ink going on here. I also use a fantastic canvas tag from Making Memories (The flowers & buttons are from the same line). The ribbon is SU! I can never have enough bookmarks so this is kinda perfect. I can't wait to sit down and create something else with this fabulous little digi sentiment. Thanks for stopping by!

More Mojo~

Happy Wednesday Stampers~ I hope you are having a delicious week and maybe even making some time for a little craftiness. If you do find yourself with some time you should check out this weeks MOJO MONDAY sketch challenge #201. You have a choice between a lovely square or circle design. To much fun I tell ya!

Since I LOVE square cards so much I went in that design direction for my card.

I knew that Lulu from CS Designs would be perfect for this card. I was itching to color her up and I am so glad that I did. She is adorable! All in all this card went together super quick! I added a touch of faux stitching around my bottom layer of Basic Grey Sweet Threads pattern paper with my Sailor White Writer. I hope you aren't getting sick of seeing this gorgeous paper because, I am loving it! I am hoping to carve out some crafty time today and have something fun and fabulous to share tomorrow. Thank so much for stopping by!

Loving Viva La Verve~

Good Morning stampers. I got the chance to sit down the other day and play with this months Viva La Verve sketches. They were so much fun. The one I have to share with you today is week #3.

I love all of the layers! Lucky for me I just happened to have a lovely little CS Designs digi printed and waiting on my desk for me to color her!

This is Chloe with a String of Stars. She is so adorable! I found myself getting a bit scrappy with this card. I inked the edges of the designer paper panels and hand stitched around the entire card. Love it! Thanks so much for stopping by. I'll have a super fun project to share with you tomorrow!

Watermelon, Pumpkin, and Grass.

Hi all! I have a fun little card to share with you today. I stumbled upon these super sweet stamps at CS Designs and they were just calling my name. So I picked out a couple, printed them out and got to coloring. These stamps and Copics are like best mates. :) Lucky for me My Favorite Things has a brilliant little sketch this week for their Wednesday Stamp Club #29.

Doesn't it make you want to stamp? I sure thought so. I also played at TCP Tuesday. They have a fun color combination to inspire us lucky crafters.

These two fabulous challenges combined are crafting fabulousness.

Seriously, isn't this super cute! I know, right! This is Willamina, a Willowy Woodland Faerie. She is absolutely adorable and I hope you like her because, I have a feeling that you are going to be seeing more of her really soon!
Alright stampers, that does it for me for today. TTFN.
